This channel is intended exclusively for reporting legal or regulatory breaches committed by the organization or its members, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Law 2/2023 of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

As CONSERVAS DANI operates through subsidiaries and branches in several countries, this Ethics Channel is also available for reporting legal breaches occurring in those jurisdictions, in accordance with the applicable local legislation.

Who Can Submit a Report?

Any employee of the company, as well as any external person who is or has been connected with the company in a professional or business context, may submit a report.

How Can I Submit a Report?

Reports may be submitted verbally, in writing, or in person by following the instructions provided in the Confidential Reporting Channel form. Reports may also be submitted anonymously, where permitted by applicable law.

How Will My Report Be Handled?

All reports will be handled in a confidential manner. The company is committed to protecting the identity of the reporting person and prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith.
